Firebird is a film project me and two friends of mine are doing in school. We want the movie to be in 2D animation and we have about a year to work on. We're all hopin this will be something we can look back and be proud of since it's a big project and a lot of hours to spend.

We based our movie on a russian fairytale "Tsarevitch Ivan, the Fire Bird and the Gray Wolf", but changed some parts for making the story shorter and more like we wanted it. The film is planned to be a short movie, but in this early stage is hard to know how long. We will use traditional technique like paper and lightbox, but later on we'll colour and edit the movie on the computer.
